Telehealth Therapy in Arizona
At Entune Behavioral Health, we make mental health care accessible to anyone in Arizona through secure, convenient telehealth therapy sessions. Whether you’re in a rural area, a large city, or anything in between, our licensed therapists meet you where you are.
Telehealth gives you the flexibility to connect with a therapist from the comfort of your own home, office, or any private space, while still receiving the same compassionate, evidence-based care you would expect in person. Telehealth therapy is designed to fit your lifestyle and is just as effective and successful for most clients as in-person therapy. We are in network with most major insurances.

This collaborative approach helps families navigate challenges together while giving adolescents the tools they need to thrive.
How Do I Know if Telehealth Therapy Is Right for Me?
Telehealth therapy is a flexible, accessible option for many people—but it’s not one-size-fits-all. You may benefit from telehealth if you:
Have a busy schedule or live in a rural area where in-person care is harder to access.
Feel more comfortable talking with a therapist from home or a private space.
Need consistency and convenience without travel time.
Want access to a wider range of providers, including bilingual therapists.
Are comfortable using technology like video calls and secure online platforms.
If you’re unsure, our team at Entune Behavioral Health can help you decide whether telehealth or in-person therapy is the best fit for your needs.
Effective Modalities in Telehealth Therapy
Telehealth therapy uses evidence-based approaches that work just as effectively online as they do in person. At Entune Behavioral Health, our licensed therapists are trained in adapting these modalities to virtual sessions so clients can fully benefit from care in the comfort of their own space.
Common modalities offered via telehealth include, but not limited to:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
Helps identify and reframe negative thought patterns to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT):
Builds skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):
Helps individuals process and reduce the distress associated with traumatic memories using structured bilateral stimulation.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT):
Encourages values-driven living while reducing the impact of difficult thoughts and feelings.
- Trauma-Focused Therapy:
Provides safe, structured approaches to process and heal from traumatic experiences.
- Play Therapy (adapted for telehealth):
Engages children in creative activities to build coping skills, communication, and emotional awareness.
These approaches ensure that whether you meet in person or online, you receive high-quality, personalized care.
