Victor Lennartz, LAC
Victor is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona. He has experience working with adults facing a range of mental health and behavioral health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma and post-traumatic stress, anger management, addiction and substance use issues, and couples in conflict or recovering from infidelity.
Victor takes an integrative, client-centered approach to counseling. He draws from evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to provide tailored support that helps clients achieve their goals. Victor is committed to facing any and every challenge a client is struggling with, ensuring they never feel alone. His aim is to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to explore their difficulties and develop effective coping strategies to improve their overall mental well-being. As a counselor, Victor's greatest strengths are his compassion, curiosity, kindness, and sincerity. He is approachable, empathetic, and deeply invested in each client's healing and growth.
