Trelisha Lochner, LAC
Trelisha Lochner is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and U.S. Air Force veteran who works with teens, adults, aging adults, and couples (including military couples) navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-worth, identity concerns, and relationship challenges. Using an integrative approach that incorporates the Gottman Method, EFT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, she creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Inspired by her own healing journey, Trelisha is passionate about helping clients find their voice, recognize their worth, and build the coping skills needed for meaningful, lasting change. She believes therapy is a partnership and walks alongside every client with empathy, honesty, and unwavering encouragement every step of the way.
