Licensed Therapist

Currently Accepting New Clients

Sarah left the gray skies and rain of London for the desert of Tucson to continue her passion of working in behavioral health. Sarah is a Licensed Associate Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She has over 25 years of experience working in the fields of education, youthwork, community mental health, and private practice counseling. Sarah’s undergraduate degree is from the U.K. in Comparative Religion and Philosophy. She also obtained her qualification as a Middle School and High school teacher from the Institute of Education (University of London), and earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Edinburgh University. Though her education and experiences are varied, her primary focus and passion lies in the therapy process.

Sarah works collaboratively with all her clients to become the best version of themselves, so they feel lighter, more grounded, and have greater agency in their lives. She is passionate about helping people succeed, and has found a love for working with both teens and adults. Sarah enjoys working with individuals and especially couples. One thing that you may not know about her, is that when driving (alone), she loves to sing very loudly in the car with the music blaring.
