Sabrina Robinson, LPC
Sabrina Robinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating challenges such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, personality disorders, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.
Sabrina’s approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, attachment-focused work, play therapy, and expressive therapies. She believes therapy should be both effective and engaging, often incorporating games, art, and music into sessions to create a comfortable environment where clients can be themselves.
Known for her bubbly, outgoing, and nonjudgmental personality, Sabrina creates a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. While maintaining a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, she also encourages meaningful growth by gently challenging clients when needed. Her goal is to help each person build confidence, foster healing, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
