Licensed Therapist
Rikki Vaughn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. She works primarily with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and life’s many challenges. Rikki has particular experience supporting survivors of trauma, including those impacted by domestic violence and other forms of victimization.
Rikki takes a trauma-informed, holistic approach to therapy, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic work, narrative therapy, and creative interventions. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual and works collaboratively with clients to find what truly supports their healing and growth.
Her style is down-to-earth, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Rikki values being genuine in the therapy space and strives to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves—offering both compassion and gentle challenge, with room for humor along the way.
