Rebekah Carlin, LMSW

Licensed Therapist

Rebekah Carlin is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who has experience working with adolescents through adults and women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and PTSD. She is especially passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and sexual assault, as well as individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or other mental health challenges. Rebekah also has a strong interest in pregnancy, perinatal, and postpartum mental health, helping parents navigate the emotional complexities of pregnancy and early parenthood.

Her approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that each client is the expert of their own life. Rebekah creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Inspired by her early desire to support survivors of sex trafficking and shaped by her own experience of becoming a mother, Rebekah is dedicated to helping clients move beyond shame, self-doubt, and overwhelm toward greater resilience, self-compassion, and hope. She brings authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and humor into the therapy process, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them every step of the way.
