Lynn Finger, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and aging adults to support healing, resilience, and personal growth.
Lynn sees individuals and specializes in working with the first responder and veteran community, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, peri-menopausal and menopausal women, postpartum clients, and adults navigating trauma, grief, chronic health conditions, pain, ADHD, and loss.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
She believes therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore, heal, and build a more meaningful and empowered life.
