Krystle Stempien, LCSW
Krystle Stempien, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), earned her Master’s in Social Work from ASU and brings over nine years of experience working in diverse clinical settings. She works with individual adults navigating anxiety, depression, and stress, and supports clients through life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and self-esteem challenges, with the option of Christian counseling.
Her approach is eclectic and person-centered, integrating CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. Krystle creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, build coping skills, and are gently challenged toward growth.
Krystle provides compassionate, empathetic support through validation, encouragement, and active listening, helping clients process life events so they feel heard and valued.
