She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and is EMDR-trained. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and thoughtfully tailored to clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and dual diagnosis.
