Judith Dryer, LAC
Judith Dryer is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), who works with teens through aging adult individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, stress, PTSD, anger management, and coping challenges.
Judith has particular experience working with first responders, caregivers, and older adults, and also enjoys supporting teens, young adults, veterans, and justice-involved individuals. Her approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, solution-focused, strengths-based, and humanistic therapies to meet clients where they are.
Judith is passionate about helping people move through difficult life transitions and rediscover hope. Clients often describe her as having a calming presence, and she uses empathy, authenticity, and appropriate humor to build meaningful therapeutic connections. Judith believes therapy is an opportunity for growth, healing, and self-discovery, and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they create lasting, meaningful change.
