Jeremy Pumphrey is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. Passionate about supporting individuals and families, Jeremy works with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and groups. He brings a trauma-informed perspective to every session, helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

Jeremy’s therapeutic approach is integrative and compassionate, meeting clients where they are. He is trained in EMDR and utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, and Somatic approaches to support healing and growth.
