Dominique Carrillo, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Arizona State University. She supports individuals, adults, children, adolescents, and young adults, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community, navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, gender identity, and more.
Dominique’s approach is story-focused and person-centered, viewing each client as the author of their own life. She strives to create a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Her therapeutic work draws from Art Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered, and Trauma-Focused modalities. Through a collaborative and compassionate process, Dominique helps clients explore their most vulnerable thoughts while building tools to manage life’s challenges.
