
Dana Arrieta, LAC
Dana is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a Master of Arts in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. She has experience working with individuals and couples across diverse populations, ranging from general mental health clients to those with serious mental illness (SMI) diagnoses. Her clinical expertise includes anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, PTSD, generational and religious trauma, self-harm, self-esteem issues, family and relationship conflict, sexual trauma, schizophrenia, autism, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, crisis intervention, and suicide ideation.
Rooted in a trauma-informed and culturally inclusive approach, Dana prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and individualized, focusing on holistic well-being and helping clients reach their fullest potential. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and is committed to walking alongside clients on their journey to healing and recovery.
