
Azure Adams, LPC
Azure is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LPC) holding a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience supporting adults navigating a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, military adjustment, and issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community. Her clinical work is grounded in a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics and the lasting impact of childhood trauma, and she is committed to helping individuals reduce emotional intensity and reclaim a sense of inner stability.
Drawing from an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities, she incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, experiential/psychodrama techniques, and interpersonal therapy into her practice. She also has specialized training in behavioral addictions, suicidology, and thanatology. Her approach is compassionate and client-centered, focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship while tailoring treatment to meet each person’s individual needs.
She works exclusively with individuals ages 16 and up, offering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Known for her non-judgmental presence, she fosters a space where clients feel empowered to explore, process, and grow—at their own pace and in their own way.
