April Saali, LMSW
April Saali is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who provides a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. She specializes in working with adolescents, adults, aging adults, and veterans navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and substance use concerns.
Her person-centered, trauma-informed approach integrates evidence-based strategies, mindfulness, and nervous system-focused support to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns. April believes therapy is an opportunity to explore challenges with curiosity rather than judgment, reconnect with personal strengths, and create meaningful change.
With experience across behavioral health, substance use treatment, hospice care, and crisis intervention, April is passionate about helping clients build resilience, gain self-awareness, and move forward with greater confidence, hope, and well-being.
