Angela Bennett, LPC
Angela is a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a safe, empowering space where healing and growth can occur. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family.
Bringing an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities to therapy, she is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful method for processing traumatic experiences and reducing distress tied to past events. She also holds advanced training in Janina Fisher’s Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I & II (CCTP I & II), which supports complex trauma treatment through a parts-based and neurobiological framework.
In addition, she integrates the ARC Framework (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) to help children and families rebuild safety, strengthen emotional regulation, and foster developmental resilience.
To support parents and caregivers, she offers:
-
Triple P Group 0–12, a practical, evidence-based parenting program for managing behavior and promoting emotional growth in young children.
-
Triple P – Fear-Less, a specialized program for parents of children with anxiety.
CBT, mindfulness, and emotion regulation skills are woven throughout her work, supporting clients in building insight, resilience, and sustainable coping strategies. Her goal is to walk alongside clients and families with curiosity, compassion, and care — creating a pathway to healing, connection, and lasting resilience.
