He also supports individuals impacted by domestic violence, identity concerns, spiritual exploration, and generational trauma, and enjoys working with those in recovery, individuals newly released from incarceration, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Aleron uses a trauma-informed approach that integrates CBT, somatic techniques, DBT, IFS, and person-centered therapy.
