Aleron Toledo, LAC
Aleron Toledo is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who works with adults and aging adults navigating anxiety, anger, addiction and recovery, depression, and life transitions. He also supports individuals impacted by domestic violence, identity concerns, spiritual exploration, and generational trauma, and enjoys working with those in recovery, individuals newly released from incarceration, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Aleron uses a trauma-informed approach that integrates CBT, somatic techniques, DBT, IFS, and person-centered therapy. Clients can expect a warm, grounding, and authentic environment where he brings a calm, steady presence while helping clients build awareness, reconnect with themselves, and develop tools for meaningful growth and lasting change.
