Meet Our Sun City West Therapists
Our Sun City West team includes a group of compassionate, licensed therapists ready to support your mental health journey.

Azure Adams, LPC
Azure is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LPC) holding a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience supporting adults navigating a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, military adjustment, and issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community. Her clinical work is grounded in a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics and the lasting impact of childhood trauma, and she is committed to helping individuals reduce emotional intensity and reclaim a sense of inner stability.
Drawing from an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities, she incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, experiential/psychodrama techniques, and interpersonal therapy into her practice. She also has specialized training in behavioral addictions, suicidology, and thanatology. Her approach is compassionate and client-centered, focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship while tailoring treatment to meet each person’s individual needs.
She works exclusively with individuals ages 16 and up, offering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Known for her non-judgmental presence, she fosters a space where clients feel empowered to explore, process, and grow—at their own pace and in their own way.

Hannah Vorhauer-Reams, LAC
Hannah Vorhauer-Reams is a Licensed Associate Therapist (LAC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has extensive experience in trauma resolution and addiction recovery. She works with adult individuals ready for change—even if they’re unsure what that change looks like. Hannah provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotions, gain insight, and begin healing.
Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based and Psychodynamic theories, Motivational Interviewing, and a Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused framework. She tailors therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them understand the root of emotional patterns and move toward lasting growth.
Hannah specializes in addiction, bipolar disorder, and depression, and also supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, grief, and codependency. She believes healing begins with compassionate connection and that no one needs to have all the answers to begin therapy.
