Jovan Ramirez, PMHNP-BC
Jovan Ramirez is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), who specializes in treating addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (excluding methadone) and comprehensive medication management alongside evidence-based therapy. My approach is compassionate, structured, and collaborative, meeting clients where they are while empowering meaningful change.
I integrate CBT, ACT, DBT, and person-centered care to help clients understand how life experiences shape thought patterns and behaviors. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, older adults, and veterans, and I am fluent in Spanish, allowing me to provide culturally responsive care.
Clients can expect a safe, supportive space that balances professionalism with warmth and approachability. My goal is to help individuals break long-standing cycles, build confidence, and create lasting improvement in their mental health and well-being.
Haley Howell, PMHNP-BC
Haley Howell, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. She works with young adult to older adult individuals, offering care that respects each person’s lived experience. Haley provides medication management paired with brief supportive therapy, using a holistic approach that treats the whole person.
Clients can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where honesty, understanding, and compassionate feedback guide the work. She chose this field out of a genuine love for connecting with people and offering hope during difficult seasons. Haley helps clients navigate depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, using medication as an adjunct to ongoing therapeutic work.

Amber Clark, PMHNP-BC
Amber Clark, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 10 years of experience in nursing in multiple settings including hospice, intensive care, and psychiatric services as a provider.) She has worked across a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, residential substance abuse rehab, outpatient telepsychiatry, crisis units and inpatient psychiatry units. Amber has primarily worked with adult and geriatric clients in these settings and specializes in treating substance use disorders and enjoys supporting new parents through post-partum disorders.
Her approach is collaborative and person-centered, blending medication management, education, mindfulness, and holistic lifestyle support. Amber creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel understood, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment.
Robin Horn, LPC
Robin Horn, LPC specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, working primarily with adults. He provides a warm, collaborative, and supportive space using CBT, trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches.
Robin helps clients navigate addiction and recovery, domestic violence, codependency, grief, self-esteem, stress, and PTSD. His personal growth, world travels, and life experience give him a broad, grounded perspective that supports meaningful change.

Myah Knight, LPC
Myah specializes in supporting adults ages 25-65 in the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating anxiety, OCD, phobias, and religious trauma. Using a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach that includes DBT, ACT, ERP, and expressive art therapy, she helps clients explore identity, reduce shame, and reconnect with their strengths.

Mike Cook, LAC
Mike Cook is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who provides therapy for adults 18 and older from all walks of life. He has experience supporting clients with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, moral injury, identity exploration, and challenges related to relationships, family, and social expectations. Mike works with a wide range of clients, and he is especially familiar with veterans and first responders, finding it rewarding to support these populations.
Mike’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based practices, somatic techniques, and narrative work. Gary Peterson, LAC
Gary Peterson, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling. He works with adolescents, adults, aging adults, couples, families, individuals, and groups, offering trauma-informed, inclusive care across the lifespan.
Gary supports clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders and has experience working with first responders, veterans, neurodivergent individuals, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
His therapeutic approach is integrative and client-focused, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Evelyn is an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has experience in the Mental Health field since 2011. Evelyn has a wide range of experience with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, co-dependency, attachment disorders, relational and familial struggles, and self-esteem struggles. Ann Unrast is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, working with diverse populations across Arizona and New Mexico. She offers individual and family therapy and has a strong background in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, low self-esteem, and caregiver burnout, as well as managing major mental health disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD.

Addy Rosado-Mueller, LPC
Addy is an independently licensed professional counselor (LPC) and has earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. She utilizes and integrates a variety of therapy modalities and approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and is EMDR trained to address numerous concerns including trauma processing, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and more. Addy works diligently to empower individuals to grow through a person-centered perspective and a trauma-informed lens. She brings experience working with individuals, from adolescents to older adults, and groups in an outpatient setting to help individuals and families in the community.
Addy is a Tucsonan, born and raised, and has had an amazing opportunity to explore other traditions and ways of life through time spent with extended family from Yucatan, Mexico. Imaan Ahmed, LPC
Imaan Ahmed has over four years of experience in the mental health field, with expertise in various settings, including private practices, partial hospitalization, and community-based organizations. She specializes in working with adults, adolescents, and children, with a focus on helping adolescents during their critical developmental years. As both an individual therapist and group facilitator, Imaan uses therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet the unique needs of each client.
Passionate about destigmatizing mental health, Imaan has also led community initiatives and frequently lectures on wellness topics. Sarah Stewart, LPC
Sarah left the gray skies and rain of London for the desert of Tucson to continue her passion of working in behavioral health. Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She has over 25 years of experience working in the fields of education, youthwork, community mental health, and private practice counseling. Sarah’s undergraduate degree is from the U.K. in Comparative Religion and Philosophy. She also obtained her qualification as a Middle School and High school teacher from the Institute of Education (University of London), and earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Edinburgh University. Though her education and experiences are varied, her primary focus and passion lies in the therapy process.
Sarah works collaboratively with all her clients to become the best version of themselves, so they feel lighter, more grounded, and have greater agency in their lives. She is passionate about helping people succeed, and has found a love for working with both teens and adults. Sarah enjoys working with individuals and especially couples. One thing that you may not know about her, is that when driving (alone), she loves to sing very loudly in the car with the music blaring.

Shay is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) holding a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. He possesses experience in assisting individuals coping with a spectrum of psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, grief/loss, and navigating life transitions. His professional journey has afforded him the opportunity to engage with diverse demographics, including Hispanic, African American, as well as gay and lesbian communities.
Operating within a framework of various therapeutic modalities, Shay employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. His approach is characterized by a compassionate commitment to tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, fostering a non-judgmental environment that seeks to empower clients by leveraging their inherent strengths and resources.
Claudia Hannum, LISAC
Claudia is a graduate from Grand Canyon University where she obtained her masters’ degree in Addictions Counseling. As a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Claudia is passionate about helping individuals break generational patterns and establish new ways of coping. She utilizes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Claudia recognizes the correlation between substance use and mental illness, and she has extensive experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, conduct disorders, PTSD, and ADHD. Claudia provides psychoeducation to help clients build healthy boundaries and increase insight and self-awareness. She works with couples and individuals in helping build strong relationships and improve communication. Claudia understands the importance of providing a safe space, one that is conducive to healing through the use of Trauma Informed Care. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and may conduct sessions in either language to accommodate client’s preference.
