Her work often supports at-risk, rural, and isolated youth, as well as young people on the autism spectrum, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, social skills, and coping strategies. She uses an individualized, person-centered approach that integrates play therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
Clients can expect a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where care is collaborative and tailored to their unique needs. Her path to becoming a therapist began while teaching in South Korea, where she witnessed the unmet mental health needs of children and teens. She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, confidence, and tools for lasting growth.
