Erika Minnix is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who works with children, pre-teens, teens, and adult individuals. She has experience counseling individuals with Autism, peer relationships, and children. Erika also helps clients navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, identity exploration, self-esteem concerns, and family or peer conflict.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, integrating play therapy, art therapy, CBT, somatic techniques, and motivational interviewing. Erika creates a safe and welcoming space where clients can be themselves while building skills, exploring emotions, and working toward meaningful growth at their own pace. Jamila Creary, LMSW
Jamila Creary is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who works with teens, adults, aging adults, individuals, families, and couples. She specializes in anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and also supports clients with stress, grief, relationships, spirituality, and personal growth.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, integrating CBT and DBT while exploring emotional patterns and core beliefs. Jamila provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and gently challenged to build confidence, resilience, and meaningful change. McCoy Partner, LMSW
McCoy Partner is a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) specializing in men’s issues, addiction and anxiety. He works with teens through adults, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and confidence. Using trauma-informed approaches, clients can expect a therapeutic experience that is consistent, creative, and deeply personalized—one where they feel truly seen and supported.
Known for his authenticity, McCoy brings his true self into each session, focusing on building a genuine interpersonal relationship rather than a routine weekly task. He aims to meet clients exactly where they are—whether laid back, serious, uncertain, or emotional—and maintains a stable and comforting environment where real healing can take place. Briana Nairn, LMSW
Briana Nairn is a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. She works with teens, adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, perinatal/postpartum individuals, and veterans and their spouses. Briana’s approach is person-centered, allowing clients to guide the conversation, while also integrating CBT, DBT, and ACT based on individual needs.

Dr. Kristine Andersen, PsyD, LMSW
Dr. Kristine Andersen is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who holds a Doctorate as a Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Andersen has broad expertise supporting individuals, couples, teens, and adults through trauma, PTSD, depression, substance use, anxiety, and grief. She brings over fifteen years of experience in social work and clinical psychology, serving diverse populations including veterans, active-duty service members, and Indigenous communities.
Integrating CBT, DBT, trauma-focused and expressive therapies, Dr. Andersen creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. A military veteran herself, she provides culturally informed, compassionate care rooted in empathy, humor, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

Stephanie serves as the Clinical Director for our Phoenix metro sites, overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services across the region. With deep expertise in trauma, self-esteem, stress management, and mood disorders, she provides guidance and mentorship to clinicians while fostering a culture of compassionate, client-centered care.
A strong advocate for relational and solution-focused practices, Stephanie emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and the development of effective, evidence-based interventions. Their leadership is informed by years of experience supporting teens and young adults through life transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth, ensuring that every client receives thoughtful, individualized care.

Nichole Dunton, LMSW
Nichole Dunton is a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Gilbert, Arizona. She provides therapy to children (6-10), adolescents, young adults, adults, geriatric clients, and veterans.

Michelle Chayt, LCSW
Michelle Chayt, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She works with adults and aging adults, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups in a supportive, trauma-informed setting.
Michelle specializes in working with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, as well as first responders, veterans, postpartum clients, and peri-menopausal and menopausal women.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to guide healing and growth.

Tiffany Ducey, LCSW
Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona with nearly 20 years of experience in the field and has been featured on several podcasts. Her career has traversed community mental health, psychiatric inpatient centers, substance use facilities, and private practice – both on her native east coast and current home on the west coast. She has had the privilege of being in supervisory roles as well as direct practice. Working with individuals and couples, she has found her passion working directly with people who desire soul-level healing.
Tiffany’s treatment approach is rooted in the intersectionality of neuroscience, attachment styles, nervous system regulation, and spirituality. People who have worked with Tiffany describe her as “masterful” in incorporating humor, fun, firmness, and accountability into her sessions. Her personal mission is to create a safe space for authentic emotional expression and to guide people in transforming limiting beliefs into empowering ones. Tiffany will work with you to create an inner shift – developing inner trust, safety, security, and stability to work through whatever you are facing.
