Imaan Ahmed, LPC
Imaan Ahmed has over four years of experience in the mental health field, with expertise in various settings, including private practices, partial hospitalization, and community-based organizations. She specializes in working with adults, adolescents, and children, with a focus on helping adolescents during their critical developmental years. As both an individual therapist and group facilitator, Imaan uses therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet the unique needs of each client.
Passionate about destigmatizing mental health, Imaan has also led community initiatives and frequently lectures on wellness topics. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, build resilience, and make meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

Jonathon Flowers, LMSW
Jonathon is a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) providing individual and family therapy, with a primary focus on children and adolescents. He also welcomes the opportunity to work with young adults and adults. Jonathon holds a strong interest in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and grief/bereavement, and he is committed to helping clients examine how these concerns affect their daily functioning and overall well-being.
Jonathon utilizes a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and the Person-in-Environment framework. His therapeutic style encourages clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment, with the goal of identifying meaningful strategies for positive change. Jonathon brings a warm, people-centered approach to his work, valuing connection and inclusivity across diverse backgrounds. He currently offers sessions in-person at Entune’s Craycroft office and online via video for select clients, with weekday availability.

Stephenie Kamaal, LCSW
Stephenie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Trauma Professional with a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. She specializes in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, families, and parent-child relationships, with a focus on trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, and family dynamics.
Rooted in a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, Stephenie utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). She is committed to creating a collaborative, affirming space for healing and growth, particularly for gender and religious minorities.

Dr. Alicia Carpenter, LPC
Alicia Carpenter has a PHD and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. With nearly a decade of experience, she specializes in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and family dynamics.
Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Alicia tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs. Her practice, Desert Rain Counseling and Consulting, provides a compassionate, trauma-informed space for healing and growth. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and is dedicated to helping clients build resilience and create meaningful change.

Leanne Millsap, LCSW
Leanne Millsap is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor with over two decades of experience working with individual, couples, children, adolescents, adults, and families. Since 2002, she has specialized in supporting individuals impacted by trauma, grief, loss, and abuse, with a primary focus on children and adolescents.
Leanne’s therapeutic approach is warm, trauma-informed, and developmentally attuned. She integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to promote healing and emotional resilience. She has a strong foundation in working with neurodivergent individuals and those on the autism spectrum.
Leanne is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Arizona Association for Play Therapy. She believes that meaningful healing happens in safe, supportive relationships and is passionate about helping clients reclaim hope and well-being.

Dominique Carrillo, LMSW
Dominique Carrillo, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Arizona State University. She provides therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, with a special passion for supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and clients navigating gender issues.
Dominique creates a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen and supported, using a collaborative, person-centered approach to help them build resilience, explore their stories, and grow with confidence.

Mackenzy Barnfield, LPC
Mackenzy Barnfield, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing therapy to individuals and groups in a trauma-informed, affirming environment.
Mackenzy specializes in supporting clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, first responders and veterans, the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and evidence-based, utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote healing and growth.
Mackenzy believes therapy is a safe space for clients to explore their experiences, build resilience, and achieve lasting well-being.

Isabelle Molina, LMSW
Isabelle Molina, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Arizona State University. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.
Isabelle works with individuals, families, and groups, and specializes in treating a range of emotional and behavioral concerns. Her therapeutic approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
She believes therapy offers a safe space to explore, heal, and grow—empowering clients to connect with their inner strengths and build meaningful, resilient lives.
