Addy is an independently licensed professional counselor (LPC) and has earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. She utilizes and integrates a variety of therapy modalities and approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and is EMDR trained to address numerous concerns including trauma processing, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and more. Addy works diligently to empower individuals to grow through a person-centered perspective and a trauma-informed lens. She brings experience working with individuals, from adolescents to older adults, and groups in an outpatient setting to help individuals and families in the community.

Addy is a Tucsonan, born and raised, and has had an amazing opportunity to explore other traditions and ways of life through time spent with extended family from Yucatan, Mexico. Addy is bilingual in English and Spanish to meet the needs of those members of the community seeking those language accommodations or preferences.
