Alexzis believes healing happens through safety, trust, collaboration, and radical acceptance. Her client-led approach integrates humanistic therapy, somatic awareness, trauma-informed psychoeducation, neuroscience, and a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts and Play Therapy. She creates a therapeutic space where clients can learn, grow, make mistakes, and embrace themselves without judgment.
Known for her warm, authentic, and down-to-earth style, Alexzis views therapy as a partnership. She works alongside clients to honor their lived experiences, uncover their innate strengths, and build a path toward resilience, healing, and self-understanding. Passionate about advocacy and empowerment, she is committed to helping clients recognize that they already have the tools within themselves to create meaningful and lasting change.
