Valerie Girod is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience. She provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, addiction, grief, life transitions, and narcissistic abuse recovery, while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can occur.
