Michael Cook, LAC

Michael Cook is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who provides therapy for adult individuals, couples, and groups. Michael has experience working with clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, trauma, and life challenges within the first responder, veteran, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Michael incorporates evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). His top priority is creating a safe, affirming environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
