Rachel McCarthy, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arizona. She works with individual adults and brings a trauma-informed, affirming approach to her practice.

Rachel supports clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders and has experience working with the first responder and veteran communities, the LGBTQIA+ population, postpartum clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those seeking faith-based care.

Her therapeutic work integrates EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and somatic or body-based approaches to support deep healing and personal growth.
