Alicia Carpenter, LPC
Alicia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. With nearly a decade of experience, she specializes in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and family dynamics.
Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Alicia tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs. Her practice, Desert Rain Counseling and Consulting, provides a compassionate, trauma-informed space for healing and growth. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and is dedicated to helping clients build resilience and create meaningful change.

Ann Unrast, LPC
Ann Unrast is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, working with diverse populations across Arizona and New Mexico. She offers individual and family therapy and has a strong background in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, low self-esteem, and caregiver burnout, as well as managing major mental health disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD.
Ann draws from a range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused psychotherapy. Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based, rooted in the belief that mental health is just one part of overall well-being. Ann collaborates closely with each client, tailoring treatment to individual needs, goals, and pace. She values integrated care, client education, and empowerment in the healing process. Ann offers sessions in person and online, supporting clients as they build skills and strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

Brock Pennington
Brock Pennington is the Community Liaison at Entune Behavioral Health and an Army veteran passionate about supporting veterans and their families. He values community, empathy, and trauma-informed care, which has driven his work with the TPCH Homeless Outreach Coalition and founding the VA EVS (End Veteran Suicide) Coalition. Through EVS, he helps reduce stigma and foster engagement in the veteran community. Brock is dedicated to organizing community events and fundraisers for veterans in need, and he enjoys collaborating with others to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and well-being of his community.

John Ashby, LCSW
John Ashby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has 30+ years of experience working in Behavioral Health. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1997 and has been working with diverse populations ever since. Mr. Ashby has developed multiple programs throughout his career and has served both adults and children. He has experience working in different environments including outpatient, IOP/PHP, residential and behavioral health hospitals.
As a Marine Veteran, he has dedicated himself to serving the Veteran population throughout his career. Mr. Ashby is a father of twins and loves anything that gets him into nature. He is glad to be back in Tucson after spending most of his life in Colorado and is committed to helping those in need and strongly believes in working to support the community.

Melissa Webb, LPC
Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in EMDR, IFS Interweaves, and Addiction Protocols. She is also a certified DBT practitioner. Melissa holds a BS in Management and an MS in Professional Counseling. She chose to become a therapist later in life, bringing a wealth of life experience and a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach to her work. Melissa supports clients struggling with trauma, addiction, emotional challenges, or those seeking personal growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her adult children and grandson.

Allison DeBruycker
Allison DeBruycker has over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, with a career shaped by her passion for helping diverse populations. A graduate of Texas A&M with a master’s in social work, she has worked with veterans facing PTSD and substance use challenges, as well as children in outpatient mental health settings. Over the years, she’s held various leadership roles, from directing social services in hospitals to serving as CEO. Through it all, her focus has remained on making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
