Brock Pennington
Brock Pennington is the Community Liaison at Entune Behavioral Health and an Army veteran passionate about supporting veterans and their families. He values community, empathy, and trauma-informed care, which has driven his work with the TPCH Homeless Outreach Coalition and founding the VA EVS (End Veteran Suicide) Coalition. Through EVS, he helps reduce stigma and foster engagement in the veteran community. Brock is dedicated to organizing community events and fundraisers for veterans in need, and he enjoys collaborating with others to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and well-being of his community.

Demi Holmes, LCSW
Demi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is empathetic and passionate about helping her clients to adjust, heal, and reach their higher potential. She graduated with her Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2018 and has 6 years of counseling experience in private practice, community agency, and correctional settings. She has treated individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.
Demi takes a person-in-environment perspective, considering how her clients and the world around them influence one another. She values working together with her clients to explore and honor their experiences in a safe space and helping them to leverage their own strengths to achieve their goals.
Demi’s therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with elements of solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and trauma-focused therapy. Techniques including role-play, talk therapy, meditation, DBT skills, and thought-experiment to name a few. Her office is a safe space for adult clients of all identities.

Imaan Ahmed, LPC
Imaan Ahmed has over four years of experience in the mental health field, with expertise in various settings, including private practices, partial hospitalization, and community-based organizations. She specializes in working with adults, adolescents, and children, with a focus on helping adolescents during their critical developmental years. As both an individual therapist and group facilitator, Imaan uses therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet the unique needs of each client.
Passionate about destigmatizing mental health, Imaan has also led community initiatives and frequently lectures on wellness topics. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, build resilience, and make meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

John Ashby, LCSW
John Ashby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has 30+ years of experience working in Behavioral Health. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1997 and has been working with diverse populations ever since. Mr. Ashby has developed multiple programs throughout his career and has served both adults and children. He has experience working in different environments including outpatient, IOP/PHP, residential and behavioral health hospitals.
As a Marine Veteran, he has dedicated himself to serving the Veteran population throughout his career. Mr. Ashby is a father of twins and loves anything that gets him into nature. He is glad to be back in Tucson after spending most of his life in Colorado and is committed to helping those in need and strongly believes in working to support the community.

Melissa Webb, LPC
Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in EMDR, IFS Interweaves, and Addiction Protocols. She is also a certified DBT practitioner. Melissa holds a BS in Management and an MS in Professional Counseling. She chose to become a therapist later in life, bringing a wealth of life experience and a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach to her work. Melissa supports clients struggling with trauma, addiction, emotional challenges, or those seeking personal growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her adult children and grandson.

Allison DeBruycker
Allison DeBruycker has over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, with a career shaped by her passion for helping diverse populations. A graduate of Texas A&M with a master’s in social work, she has worked with veterans facing PTSD and substance use challenges, as well as children in outpatient mental health settings. Over the years, she’s held various leadership roles, from directing social services in hospitals to serving as CEO. Through it all, her focus has remained on making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
