With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona, Tabitha began her career as a social worker, supporting adolescents transitioning out of the foster care system. Motivated to deepen her impact, she pursued a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Phoenix.

Throughout her career, Tabitha has honed her skills through diverse experiences, including working as a behavioral health case manager and clinical assessor for diverse populations with co-occurring disorders, gaining invaluable experience in understanding and treating complex mental health issues. Her internship focused on therapy for children, families, and groups, further enhancing her skills in a clinical setting. She has experience working in various settings including in person, telehealth, outpatient, and inpatient. Tabitha is dedicated to providing trauma-informed care and creating a welcoming environment for neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from feminist theory, attachment theory, and client-centered therapy to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual, family, or couple.

Currently working towards certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist with Postpartum Support International, Tabitha is committed to supporting individuals through all stages of life's transitions.
