Marjorie Stricklin, LMSW
Marjorie is a licensed social worker with several years of experience. She has provided therapy services to juveniles and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings since 2013. She also has experience working in correctional healthcare and high-stress situations. Marjorie brings experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, psychosis, and trauma disorders. She finds fulfillment helping clients who are experiencing shame, loss, and substance use. Her approach is client-centered, tailoring treatment to each individual, with the belief that each person is an expert on themself and has existing strengths that will help them achieve their goals. Marjorie utilizes strategies from evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
