
Dayne DiSesa, LMSW
Dayne earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Gender & Women Studies and Creative Writing from the University of Arizona’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Sciences. Dayne employs various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as creative modalities to assist her clients to cope with and overcome their most difficult behavioral tendencies. Dayne aims to help each client connect with their inner self, tap into their true feelings, and learn ways to regulate their emotions using different types of coping skills. She has diverse experience working with adults, children, and their families in settings such as inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. Dayne approaches therapy with extreme care and with the mission to help clients and their loved ones tap into their strengths and improve their way of life.
