Barbara Ventura, LPC
Barbara Ventura, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Grand Canyon University, earned in 2015. With a decade of professional experience, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Barbara specializes in helping clients overcome or reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and relational conflicts, while also working to improve self-esteem and confidence.
Her career spans across acute mental health facilities, intensive outpatient programs, and individual therapy. Barbara has served as a Clinical Director in both inpatient and outpatient settings and holds licensure in clinical supervision. She is passionate about supporting and guiding those who have chosen a career in the helping professions.
Barbara believes that individuals are the authors of their own stories and that everyone has untapped strengths to help navigate life's challenges. She recognizes the courage it takes to begin therapy and is proud of those who take that first step toward healing.
